MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN

WINE TASTING!

Joyful Bianco Mosso is light, refreshing, fun and true to the aromatic characteristics of the white Sicilian grapes it comes from. Naturally, it is very expressive, hence very satisfying, on the palate.

Perfect as an aperitif and pleasantly versatile for any pairing. Perhaps with stuffed focaccia, pizza, mild cheese and charcuterie.

FLAVOR STORY

Joyful Bianco Mosso is light, refreshing, fun and true to the aromatic characteristics of the white Sicilian grapes it comes from. Naturally, it is very expressive, hence very satisfying on the palate.

  WINEMAKING TECHNIQUES

As for how it is made, since it comes from inherently unrestrained grapes, it lends itself well to natural vinification, benefiting from wild yeasts found on the grapes after harvest. Refermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel, which today is considered perfect for stabilizing aromas.

  BUBBLES

So, for every bottle whose main characteristic is effervescence, the most delicate moment is when the wine is bottled. This one is bottled with a light residual natural carbon dioxide, and stays in bottle for three months before going on the market.

 NOTES

The outcome is a fresh and natural sparkling white with an intense yellow, heightened by flashes of green and dotted with perennial, tiny bubbles that emanate a springtime aroma of orange blossoms and miniature white roses; a Mediterranean garden returns to the palate, with a light but inviting creaminess, perfect for aperitif. It is also food-friendly, pairing well with white pizza, stuffed focaccia, soft cheeses and charcuterie.
